Deliverys canceled due to poor management in your Drsloge Mo. Branch
My Order along with 4 other customers all within a half mile from each other put there order in on 12/23/24 expecting our order on 12/26/24 then canceled until 12/27/24 now not at all until 12/30/24. i believe i spoke to a person named Nick Temple with no help.
using excuses of driver shortages. This sounds like a upper Management problem. I have personally have been doing business with Anheuser Busch corporation for over 25 years and have never seen such a *** show from your management in the Desloge Mo. Branch.
if Possible i would like to speek with someone in person from your corporation Asap.

Damaged empty cans in the middle of a 30 pack
I understood that you went thru some bad times and ive stuck with you but enough is enough this isnt the 1st time this has happened and ive let it slide but everytime and they have always been in the middle my brother works for the biggest soft drink manufacturer in the world doing the maintenance on the canning and bottling lines I showed it to him and he said this is because somebody just does not care please reply so i can send you pictures of the 2 cans and the upc code

I've been drinking Busch for years. I just bought a 30pk that was not packed properly.
After opening, I found that there was a shredded, empty can in the box which must not have been packed properly from the warehouse. I believe the lot# is Sep24 FE0839 61-0**-**.

Describe how you got injured: I bought drinks at LCBO NUTRL vodka drinks.
They gave a free gift, a Yeti-like drink container that today has been announced to contain chemicals that cause nausea, headache, and diarrhea. I have been using this cup to drink for the past two weeks and have been very sick with stomach issues and I can't work because I constantly need the toilet.
It is as if they are just ignoring the small people that buy their product.
It is very unfair that they do nothing. I am very disappointed with the company, ANHEUSER BUSCH, which owns NUTRL, that gave a free 30OZ Yeti-style cup with free chemical poison in it.
Very disappointing.

I have bought the beer and received rebates in the past with no problem with the address. This time, during the rebate offer, I keep getting postcards stating I did not receive a rebate because of not meeting USPS address requirements.
What a scam. I double-check everything before sending it in and my address has never changed from previous rebate offers.

Mail-In Rebate Certificates
Your mail in certificates being printed out for the customers are not what is advertised. The advertised rebate certificate is $7.00 and the printed out certificate is for $5.00.
When bringing up to the store ( Kroger) there response is that's the certificates they gave us. This isnt the 1st time this has happened at this store. Our family are loyal Anheuser Busch drinkers of quite a few of your products.
Anytime we can safe money it allows us to purchase additional products and try new products. Please let me know what's the correct process that needs to taken to correct this ongoing issue.

I got choked on a finger nail I opened the beer and took a drank a it was a finger nail in the can when I first opened it
I brought a 12 pack of 12 oz Michelob ultra and made it home and opened one can and took a drank and a finger nail came out and got logged in my throat and I filled a complaint and the next few days they called me and asked me what happened and I explained and sent them a picture of the can and the finger nail that came out the can when I opened it and they apologized and added insult by offering me a $100 check as a pay out SMH and I almost choked out on a finger nail in they product

VERY SICK FROM PRODUCT
Well to be honest, i have yet to hear back from them. At least now i am starting to feel better after drinking from the contaminated free gift with their product Nutrl offer with purchase of product.
I was sick for two weeks and they should have put on news on the 20th of may when they were aware there were chemicals in the cup leaking into the drink and being ingesteds for over two weeks. I did love the cup but wow I went from this is a great gift to what a devil company to not check quality of free item
seems they really do not care i am actually surprised and disappointed

Hello, please contact me. I've been very sick from drinking from a Nutrl drink container that was given for free with the purchase of a case of Nutrl.
I've been unwell for two weeks as I drank from that container. I need to speak to your insurance, please.
Your phone says it's closed, and it will open at 11 AM. However, it is almost 12 noon.

I bought a carton of Bud Lite BECAUSE it was on a rebate offer. When I checked out the check out person told me they had no rebates. So, I ended up paying for something I never would have bought !
A 18 pack of Bud that had a rebate offer. Only after I paid for it, the store told me they had NO rebate offers! What a terrible thing to do to a customer!
