I was disappointed that I didn't get any kind of response. Have been a Budweiser drinker for many years & also collect a lot of Budweiser memorabilia.

So when I experienced this issue I was disappointed.

Hopefully we can resolve this issue soon. Would at least like to get some kind of response

I bought a case of bush light beer from smoke and barley in moberly mo. And it tasted liked.it was.20 years old.very flak and horribale and i through.it awaw. and i always.drink bush lite because it my favorite beer now i dont know what to think

I submitted three rebate offers in March and April. I have not gotten any of the $7 refunds!

When entering my tracking numbers on the website, it states the refund was fulfilled. I never received any checks.

Idropped off bus load of people tour drop off, security. Informed me I couldn't park there.

I asked where; he said the other side of the building. No lot number. Seemed annoyed. Couldn't find it.

I asked another security by employee parking. Looked up from playing on his phone, was rude, and stated, 'I don't know.

Park on the street somewhere.' Looked back down at his phone. Horrible customer interaction!

Called to speak with a person, no person.

Absolutely laughable performance.

I have never seen such a horrible lack of customer service

I would like a refund for my beer that I lost due to pinholes in them. I need this as soon as possible. I have been drinking Busch for a long time.

I don't feel like it was resolved at all it wasn't the first time this has happened I would like them replaced

I understood that you went thru some bad times and ive stuck with you but enough is enough this isnt the 1st time this has happened and ive let it slide but everytime and they have always been in the middle my brother works for the biggest soft drink manufacturer in the world doing the maintenance on the canning and bottling lines I showed it to him and he said this is because somebody just does not care please reply so i can send you pictures of the 2 cans and the upc code

I've been drinking Busch for years. I just bought a 30pk that was not packed properly.

After opening, I found that there was a shredded, empty can in the box which must not have been packed properly from the warehouse. I believe the lot# is Sep24 FE0839 61-0**-**.

I have bought the beer and received rebates in the past with no problem with the address. This time, during the rebate offer, I keep getting postcards stating I did not receive a rebate because of not meeting USPS address requirements.

What a scam. I double-check everything before sending it in and my address has never changed from previous rebate offers.

I brought a 12 pack of 12 oz Michelob ultra and made it home and opened one can and took a drank and a finger nail came out and got logged in my throat and I filled a complaint and the next few days they called me and asked me what happened and I explained and sent them a picture of the can and the finger nail that came out the can when I opened it and they apologized and added insult by offering me a $100 check as a pay out SMH and I almost choked out on a finger nail in they product

Well to be honest, i have yet to hear back from them. At least now i am starting to feel better after drinking from the contaminated free gift with their product Nutrl offer with purchase of product.

I was sick for two weeks and they should have put on news on the 20th of may when they were aware there were chemicals in the cup leaking into the drink and being ingesteds for over two weeks. I did love the cup but wow I went from this is a great gift to what a devil company to not check quality of free item

seems they really do not care i am actually surprised and disappointed
